Construction and Brownfield Development

Construction

IEG has the capability to provide a customer-focussed, turnkey solution for the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater by applying its extensive family of innovative and patented process-based technologies. IEG is pepared to engage with our clients on a flexible basis, increasingly recognising that the partnering approach to solving complex environmental problems pays dividends by allowing consideration and application of the right remediation technology for any specific contamination problem scenario.

Accordingly, we will work either as Principal Contractor, assuming responsibility for the design and implementation of a large, all-encompassing remediation contract. Alternatively, we are happy to work on the basis of providing one element of a larger scheme either as specialist sub-contractor, or by providing an equipment-only hire service to another contractor.

In the context of brownfield redevelopment and construction, IEG's groundwater and soil air circulation technologies are ideally suited to the remediation of soil contamination and groundwater plumes migrating across and beyond the site boundary where there could potentially be significant off-site liabilities. Whether your site is a small retail petroleum filling station, where space and time are significant issues, or a large derelict or operational chemical plant, IEG works with its clients and their advisers from the outset of a project to formulate an effective strategy and remediation concept based on a pragmatic and technically defensible approach.

IEG's proven commitment to quality, customer service, and technical support enables us to be confident that you can rely on us to deliver cost effective and proven solutions that minimise your exposure and reduce risk.

With an extensive range of proven and patented technologies in our armoury, we can ensure that the best available technique is matched with your site’s individual specific geoenvironmental and contamination profile.
